Online training programme

Online programme of training and nutrition advice with a focus on creating a sustainable lifestyle change for long-term results. Weekly check-ins provide the perfect accountability platform for clients and Jacquie is on hand to answer any questions you have throughout your journey.

Programme includes:

  • 30 minute initial video consultation
  • Follow along videos on the Jacquie Gee Fitness App
  • Habit Tracker
  • Personalised training programmes
  • Tailored nutrition guidance
  • Weekly photographic check in’s with personal feedback
  • Goal setting and reviews
  • Recipe books linked to MyFitnessPal
  • Access to private YouTube Channel

£160 per month (Minimum of 3 months)

Shred Squad

Shred Squads are eight-week, women-only transformation projects following bespoke food and training programmes with online access to Jacquie and a private Facebook group of like-minded women.

Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle definition or boosting your self esteem & confidence, you will be supported throughout to achieve the transformation that’s right for you. The project finishes with a photoshoot for you to showcase the results of your hard work alongside the rest of the Shred Squad.

Project includes:

  • Eight-week programme
  • Food and nutrition programmes tailored to you
  • Bespoke training programmes
  • Weekly photographic check in’s with personal feedback
  • Membership to a private Facebook group
  • Photoshoot with a leading photographer
  • Weekly challenges
  • Two edited photos (extra photos can be purchased separately)

Eight-week project  (Price at Shred launch)

Shred Squad follow-on

This programme is specifically designed as an immediate follow-on from a Shred Squad. It provides a platform for continued accountability for a further 12 weeks to maintain the results you achieved on the Shred Squad.

Follow-on includes:

  • New consultation and goal setting
  • Bespoke nutrition guidance
  • Bespoke training programmes
  • Weekly check in’s with photos and feedback
